TPMS ISSUE 2019

So I put the aftermarket rims and tires I had on my 16 a couple of weeks ago.  I bought these rims and tires last summer and they have the universal tpms which worked great on my 16.  Brought to dealership and they cannot get the tpms tool to read.   Having the light on is annoying me to no end.  Anyone else have a similar problem or possible solutions to this?  Thanks in advance for the help.
