OEM upfitter switch help

I bought and installed the factory upfitter switches In my 2018 silverado custom, I was told that the power signal from the switches should go to the Junction Box below the steering column. when I checked it with a test light I have nothing on any of the pins I should have power to, (going off of the gm bulliten that everyone posts when asked about these) Where should I start with trying to get these working?
