Unused green connector on the back of the 2019 Silverado

Does anyone knows what is the connector in the picture for? I was changing the bulbs for the license place to LED and I noticed a green connector empty. This is a 2019 LT Trailboss.

Can't open your picture, but I also found an unused plug attached to the frame of the truck, near the rear left tire. Wondering if this is the same one you're talking about
