4.5 inch lift on 18 inch 33s

Can anyone point me in the direction of some recent example pics of a CST 4.5 inch lift on 33s? Trying to determine if 33s will be too small. I'm actually looking at the duratracs that are 33.2 - 33.4 inches tall. 275 70R18

Not CST or 33s but I have a similar truck. 5" Rough Country bracket lift on 35 Ridge Grapplers.

Imo 33s would be too small, i have a 2" level and my 285s even seem a hair small.

Yes it started on 34s then 35s. That's also what I'm on. I love it. The angles on the Rough Country kit are great, the worse part are the shocks they come with.

Yes the double cab is mine, and it's on 35x12.50R18. It is the RC 5" Bracket lift.
