Won’t go low range

2017 Acadia SLT won’t shift into low range. Trans shifts fine. Any ideas?

My 2018 Acadia had the same issue almost a year ago. The dealer told me they redesigned the shifter & installed a new one. No problems since then. BTW, I posted here about that issue.

  ouch. that is SUCH a ripoff, as the blank key w chip retails for under $20... It would be somewhat reasonable if you don't have any key for the truck, so they need to program the new key as the master key for the truck, but somehow I think they would charge extra for this...

  Our local Ace Hardware made a chip key for my 2015 Silverado for$100.00; that's a lot less than the dealer. I suggest you give them a call and have your VIN,title, and/or registration with you.

  Trying to install a jump seat instead of center console, but have to remove the Bose sub. Any ideas on where to relocate that sub or replacement options for under seat with harness? Haven’t messed much with audio before.
