Weird problem off to dealer

Nobody likes going to the dealer especially when it’s 40 miles away. My windshield washer on the passenger side just dribbles, they had to order parts of course but it’s under warranty. The tray on the dash buzzes they fix that with some putty spacer under it. I talked to them about not being able to leave my cat running more than 45 minutes. They told me there is a fix because Police Cars have it turned off. I have a Service Dog so I have a valid reason if they will tell them how to turn it off. Have to wait on that. I know most dealers suck, I’m lucky I have a good one, may help they are also a Cadillac dealer.
