Trailer light do not work

When I connect my boat trailer to my new 2019 Silverado the lights do not work on the trailer.  I connected it to a friend’s truck and they work great.  He,p!!

Have you tried testing with a multimeter to check if they getting power?  Do none of them work?

 

I'm having trouble with my RV backup camera.  Its powered from the running lights but it wont transmit on this truck.  It also wouldn't run on a 2019 GMC I test drove.  However it worked fine on my 14 before and after then GMC test drive tow.  

 

I confirmed I have just shy of 12v going to camera with a multimeter.  I'm wondering if this truck does have enough current to run things.

Software updates are available and my 7 pin was already replaced when my trailer running lights stopped working
