So I bought a used “like new condition” key fob for my truck as mine is ugly and doesn’t have the bow tie behind it, trying to figure out how I can program it to my truck? Dealership is charging me 75$ a person on OfferUp is charging me 30$ is this possible to do my self? Bought it super cheap 25$

I'd start with You Tube.  I did my 05 Silverado FOB's.  If they haven't changed the method over the years you should be good.

Good Luck

Probably dealer only. Some independent may have the tools to do it though. I bet the offer up guy is a GM tech freelancing.

Need an MDI interface, computer and software that comes from GM.
