It's a fairly new company from what I can tell, and a new product - but it seems to be the best bang for your $.

8000lms / pair

hood hinge mounted, with low profile

extremely high output/distance

A little bit pricey, but not overly for the specs and mount kit. The zroadz kit mounts cost about the same as this whole setup.

The customer service, and communication has been great since I've reached out.

I wasn't convinced until I seen the video.

I'll update and throw some pics up when they arrive.

Love to see an actual use pic onthe truck. Hope the hood doesn't obstruct the light too much.

should be here in a week.

From the various pics, it looks like it sits just above the hood., and the light beam is not obstructed.

Very pleased with the output on these lights.

Great communication and help from the company along the way, from order to delivery. They even sent a couple videos to show routing of the harness/etc.

The pictures don't do it justice these are crazy bright. There is some hood glare - but it very minimal and it is not in your view, it is too the sides (takes on the profile of the hood grooves) and doesn't affect your eyes.

The mounts are very well done, hardware was all stainless, everything included, w/ plug n play harness with waterproof connections. The lights sit low enough they do not affect your field of view. You know they are there, but it is near flush with the hood.

I now understand why people invest in quality lights. Can't get over how bright these are.

No problem.

It puts my previous medium-quality 32" spot light bar to shame.

That switch is nice. Is that a capacitive touch switch.

Did it come with the kit?

It's pretty clean, it's actually a ulincos 16mm latching. Comes with the connector as well. Can be wired for led always on, or on with lights only. It did not come with the kit, but it was only like $15 for 2 switches and pigtails on amazon. I wired it into the aftermarket harness connector, to it's all plug and play.

only negative thing I can say, is that the LED ring is very bright! bright enough that it makes me want to modify it. I'm thinking I'll hit it with a light coat of dark spray paint(just the led) to tint it.

I contacted APS-offroad about a $56 customs charge when I picked up the package - they didn't even hesitate to refund me that amount. I didn't expect it or request it, it was offered.

great customer service and communication with the company, the full way from order to install. They even sent videos of wiring and routing of the harness, etc.

I'd highly recommend them ?

Where did you fish your wires thru the firewall at to get the switch to work.

right now, I haven't gone through the firewall. as a temporary measure until I get more time to do that... I've ran it along the passenger side fender, out through the opening in the door jam. It's tucked behind the weather stripping and I used a couple of stick-on wire clips, the in through where the fuse panel cover is, over to the center console area.

It sounds bad ahah but the only exposed wire is in the door jam and you see 3-4" of it.

anyways its a  temporary fix.

I realize now, it may have been more beneficial to wire to the headlights/high beams. It's mildly painful to have to switch off both headlights and the pods on different switches.
