They took my money without permission

How do I make a complaint about Wescot credit services? because my loan paid off in full but they still took extra money from me and they ignored all my requests to return my money.

I know where I'm from. (Because I'm just now in a similar situation although my payment went through Just in time) sometimes you pay a loan out but here they need up to 5 business days to process sometimes the next payment will still come out.  IF that happens it can take quite awhile but eventually you are credited back that overpayment automatically.  If your banking on that money I feel for you. I myself in that situation would plan for worst case scenario ahead of time but hey I feel for ya bud.  Hopefully you get it sorted.

Also. That was my first post over here.  Divested. Your over here too huh. Lol. I didn't use my same handle from another forum because it refers to another truck lol. Good to see I'm headed in the right direction.  Gota figure out how to navigate this place yet though.

I am not sure seeking financial/legal advice on a GM truck forum is the best place to start

 

But, if it were me, call and demand to speak to a manager/supervisor to get this resolved, don't just let the front line call takers steer the boat on this.

If that does not work contact your own bank to see what advice they can give.

 

Maybe even stop in to the local Police Department and see if they can help.
