Hauling 4 tires in Rear

Well I think the stock tire OD on most of these trucks are 33" ... Time to grab the ole tape measure...  Measure your current tires width and height, then measure your available space... It will probably be a little tight..

Do you guys think I could haul 4 22" wheels with tires in the rear of Yukon with the back row only down?

I don't know your situation but if I had to transport four large wheels with a Yukon, I'd simply rent a UHaul.

Don't want to take a trailer that far. 1000 km round trip. Rather try and fit them in.

Good point.  Some people are not comfortable/familiar with pulling a trailer.  A small rental utility trailer would be the ideal solution for the distance and items Op's transporting, imo.  I owned a Suburban for a few years and everything other than groceries and personal luggage were transported under a tarp in my utility trailer!

You also could use one of those hitch carriers for a tire or 2. I picked up a real heavy duty one for 60 bones on craigslist...
