Can you help me identify this part?

Hi there,

 

I was driving on the highway earlier today when I heard a thump and in my rear view mirror I saw these parts fall off of the truck onto the road. So I u-turned and picked them up. I've looked underneath the truck and cannot see any damage or determine where they fell off from. Can someone please help me identify these parts in the attached photo? I appreciate your time.

Get aftermarket ones and replace both sides, the other side will not be far behind. Twenty minute job you can do yourself in the driveway.
