Noise when recirculate is on - Ideas? Video inside.

This just started yesterday. I changed he cabin air filters. No idea what it would be.

Noise only happens when the recirculate button is pressed (on) and fan is on.

Sounds like twig/pine needle caught in duct. Re circ door movement is bending it into the blower.

Pull the blower and fish around.

Bit it revved up with the motor?

Its not something in the blower motor. The clicking sound changes according to engine RPM's.

Turning on the recirc will also run the A/C compressor.

Ck the comp, pull fuse for A/C comp and try the recirc again.
