Truck throws break pads.

My truck throws break pads after a couple thousand miles. They aren't the best pads, but I don't think that they should come apart like they do. It's only the passenger rear that does this and I'm just looking for a steer in the right direction.

Pads, not shoes,so,bad caliper?does it retract easily when new pad put on?if so, binding on pad mount, causing high heat and premature wear

Bent axle or axle flange, bent rotor, bent locating bolts, worn sleeves, stuck brake piston, defective ABS system, and more could cause this.

Why was the old caliper replaced last year?
