Seatbelt cover buzzing - Solved!

I had an issue with my seatbelt cover on the b pillar - kept on buzzing while driving on a rough roads. So i came up with an idea to get rid of this harmonic buzzing noise with a very simple solution. I figured I share it with you. 

All what you need a rubber band and 2min.
