Headlight Failure

My 2015 Sierra 1500 headlights have shut off while driving now for the third time.  The first incident was approximately a month ago in the early hours of the morning.  As the day progressed into evening the situation seem to resolve itself and they worked on my commute home.  Today the same thing happened this morning however, it happened again on my way home from work this evening and I had to pull over.  All other lights work except for the truck bed overhead light when this happens but I am not sure it is related.  I turned the car off and on and it would work for a few miles and then off again.  Got home with my hazards lighting the way.  Pulled into my driveway and they came back on.  I cannot seem to figure it out.  The truck has 64000 miles.
