Crank but no start

I just installed a new ignition lock cylinder in my 2003 Chevy Tahoe. Now it will just crank over but won't start.. is there anything I can do to bypass it or is there someway to reset the system so I can start my truck and get to work? Please help... I live way up in the mountains, and I'm stuck.

Turn ignition on, leave on for 10 mins exactly, turn ignition off. Repeat this an additional two times for a total of 30 mins. After the last ten minute session, key off, wait 2 mins, key on, wait 15 secs, attempt to start the vehicle.
