Loose Suspension or Spring Pack Issue?

Over the past few days, my 2020 GMC Sierra AT4 HD (2500) Dmax has started giving me feedback when I corner or take turns. This is after 2200 miles of not having an issue. It sounds like something is loose in the back... possibly the spring pack. It’s like a popping sound that is more likened to when fluid rolls around in a tank... it’s definitely not my def or gas tank. There’s been no damage, off-roading, or anything like that. Taking it in tomorrow for the seat belt pretensioner recall and to have the techs assess this feeling/noise that just started.

Anyone else experience something similar?

When I picked mine up, the bolt was missing from the clamp/shackle that holds the rear leaf together.  The dealer borrowed a bolt from a different truck as it wasn’t available to order without the entire spring assy.

I haven’t climbed under the truck yet to get a good look. I could see bolts were on when looking from a standing position down into the area. I’ll be climbing in there in the morning and checking everything before I go in. Want to make sure everything is torqued down.

Dealership only managed to get the recall done on the seatbelt pretensioner. Took them 3 hours just to do that. Have to take the truck back in next week to look at the suspension.

I haven't heard any new noises with 3300 miles, but the other day it did feel a little different, granted we have had some snowy and icy roads this week and I've been using the AutoTrac 4X4 on and off. I will definitely check my spring pack bolts though!

I went through everything under my truck and couldn’t find anything that appeared to be loose or an issue. I’ve now got about 5k miles on the truck. I never got it back into the dealership and the noise has since stopped for the last 1k miles or so. I’m wondering if the suspension needed some breaking in? Weird...

I’m at almost 5k miles and I’ve been recently hearing some suspension creaking/popping. Mine sounds like it’s coming from the driver/front suspension. Mostly in reverse making a hard left. I was going to grease everything next chance I get and see if it goes away. I had a serious squeak all the time when I first bought the truck and pinned it down to dry door hinges/latches. I just wonder if they went a little light on the lube all around.

Someone else on this forum took theirs to a dealer, had them do a ride along, and discovered the front Rancho shocks had an issue. They replaced the shocks and sent the bad ones to Rancho. I’m thinking I’ve got the same issue. Wish I had got it in when it was making the noise. I’d get yours in.
