Should of gotten away with 295 65s. I'd imagine the width is where your problem is, rubbing on the inside.  I also used a 1/4 spacer up front to give it the extra room. Plenty of threads left and everything fits perfect 

 

Think I’d be safe to clear 295/65/20 ‘s on the 3.5” without spacers? I found them online for $243 a tire for Yokohama geolander X-AT’s which is an absolute killer price!!

That's perfect,  a 35 (295 65 )with that much lift would look good. I have now a 34 (295 60) with plenty of room

I’ll go ahead and order them hopefully they fit, I saw the geolander X-AT today in person and they are very nice tires

If your that worried order the 60, just make sure you look at the control arm to tire spacing. Remember I needed a 1/4 spacer to clear my stock wheels.  Heres 295 60s with a 3 inch for example.

yea I’m thinking I’m gunna get some 1.5” spacers

Then you're going to need to do some trimming.
