Hi.my 2003 chevy Silverado is on side of road.it idles at zero and dies out at lights.  There is possibly a short in radio due to a bear break in.....the dash reads reduced engine power. Or oil level reset. If you know anything , please...

Is the fuel pump noisier than normal?hearing a whine?

Missing information here. Are you getting any DIC messages “Low Engine Power”? Etc.

The 2003 was the first year of the electronic throttle body and is prone to issues. Check the notorious ground bolts too.

What are the DIC MESSAGES? Only have seen oil level reset and reduced engine power..
