Yes. My 2021 trail boss has a very aggravating wind noise! It’s sounds to be around the driver and passenger windows, going in to dealership AGAIN tomorrow! Just another problem since the truck was new! Hope the solve issues, I’ll let you know.

I just got my back today. Mine was the mirrors. They replaced one of the end caps and it wasn’t mounted properly and it creates a howling sound. They snapped it back into place and it’s quiet again. Have them look at the mirrors.

Joined this to try and find a solution for this problem. Have a 2021 custom Silverado that has had this issue since I got it. I’ve recorded a video of the noise but I cannot upload it here

I just bought a2019 silverado ld Ltd 32kmiles.  I'm hearing the wind noise from the windsheild like the defrost is on medium low but the system is totally off.  It must be an aerodynamics problem going back to the early 2000s because I had a 2004 sub lt and made me feel dizzy and ears ring.  Now the 2019 makes me dizzy and I can hear the windsheild noise now.  I'm going to remove the bug sheild tomorrow to see if it affects the sound.   I put in ear plugs and then drove, turned off the navigation system and turned off the climate control.  When I took out my ear plugs I could hear it from the windsheild and I could tell it got louder when the wind blew on the truck.  It also has a booming sound when hitting rough roads that makes me feel like I'm inside a bass box with some 90s rap on, boom boom boom boom.  My suburban did the same thing too I called it the thunder dome.  Cheap flimsy steal vibrating in the wind and shity suspension making the cab sound like a drum beating....  never a gm again.... never....

I talked to a gm person on live chat about this vehicle making me feel dizzy, ringing in my ears, and hard to focus on the road while driving it. I think it's a combination of the constant wind noise in the windsheild area, vibrations on the cab itself from turbulent air and the booming bass noise in the cab from hitting expansion joints and bumps at 10 to 50 mph or so. Gm asked if I have gotten medical attention from it and told me to take it into a dealership and see I they can find out why it's doing it.   Pretty sure I'm not the only one experiencing this and it's being swept under the table.  2004 suburban did it and now this 2019 silverado 32k miles.   I think it might actually be doing damage to my hearing.  No issues like this at all with my f150, s10, explorer, lumina, corsica, Pacifica, but they seem smaller in the front, and no noises that remind me of bass associated with bumps on the road.  This silverado feels like driving an 80s Cadillac in the front. And a hard tail Harley in the back end.  The boxy shape and not enough air getting under and around that giant piece of plywood they call the front end of these turds is probably smashing into the windsheild and making turbulent air bang on the windsheild and doors because I can hear it there too.  It will probably cost me $10000 to get out of this pile now.  Gm should be buying this ****** back since it came from a chevrolet dealership.  Instead task a poor service tech to diagnose a problem that a team of scientists might be able to correct.  I said "I'll buy the loan out and crush it." Throw money and time at it and become a human experiment for a poor service tech wtf no no no.. I checked the screws by the mud flaps and around the wheel wells nothing seems out of place or loose.  It's just too bad because it's a very good looking truck but a nightmare to drive.  $42k dollar nightmare after taxes interest and fees.  Gm should be Ashamed of their engineering department and I'd flush that toilet if I was ceo.

    • Still looks like a rivet to me in the pics, I don't see a nut and none of the pics show the head of the screw. But if you says so.....
    • Thanks for all the help so far!   I did try right from 2026 right down to 2021, and only from 2023 down lets me select the option for tire psi change, but I get the vehicle not supported error!   I'll definitely try it under Chevrolet after work today, and I'll get the sensor number from gm for my truck tire sensors. And I'll let you know if it works for me under Chevrolet!   And if that doesn't work, I'm going to guess that what @Atlas said about maybe I have a different body control module could be true!
    • From where I'm sitting this sounds like a compatibility problem. I'm assuming the 2007 was a 900-series truck, and not an 800-series (they were sold side-by-side in dealerships that model year), since it starts and runs.   This is why I HATE post-2006 vehicles. Everything becomes a huge problem when you try to keep the thing running for longer than the manufacturer has designed it to.    I can't remember when Global-A architecture started - either '10 or '11. For your sake, you had better hope it's '11, or you're going to be spending some BIG money to correct this cluster-eff. That's something you need to find out before doing anything else. You may have several computers bricked ... but the fact that it runs tells me you MIGHT be ok here.     EDIT: Just did a quick refresher. You're screwed. This is Global-A. The 2 systems are NOT compatible in the slightest. Once you get the correct engine in there that IS compatible, you're going to need to see how many computers are locked. Absolute NIGHTMARE to straighten out, too. Your buddy might be better off cutting his losses and finding something else.   Welcome to post-2006 vehicle electronics. This is why I quit the industry, and drive nothing built after 1994. This stuff takes all the fun out of wrenching!

    • True, hard to say what differences there may or may not be between Chev and GM as well as a production year or mid year part change either.    I just found it odd that under the Sierra choice on the Autel that many of the last few years of production year did not include the choice of changing the tire pressure but if that is an Autel thing or a GM thing as to why the choices were not there. Knowing what tpms sensors are on the truck should give some guidance into which choices on the tool even make sense to try as I wouldn't give up just yet with the tool but I guess he will see what if anything he comes up with if he finds out a bit more info and tries a few more things on the Autel.
