Distance and best MPG

Have a new 3500 and it has a feature that shows avg mpg for 3 different distances, 25, 50,400 and also shows the best MPG.  I would like to reset it but pushing the reset button doesn't clear the Best MPG. is there a trick I don't know about resetting this feature.

any help appreciated
