Tcm reprogram for Hard shift?

Anyone had this done to a Gas 6.0l ?  Took it into the dealer for check engine light related to the transmission. it basically felt like it had a glitch. when using it in the snow 4x4. light went on. Came to a stop at a light. Heard a bit of a vibration/Buzzing? Drove down the road and came to a stop. Shut truck off.  When restarting it Kinda lurched forward briefly as though it was still in gear or converter was locked.  After that  it was all good. Took it into the dealer the next day and Codes were P0700 standard for the light to come on and a P0777 Pressure solenoid.  Originally the tech said they would probably drop the pan and take a look. However the next day the Service counter called and said the light was out and they performed a Tcm update that had a TSB related to Hard shifting and cold weather??  Sounds like B.S but just looking for anyone else with a similar Situation?   Took it home and beat on it and attempted to recreate the conditions and all seems good.  Any thoughts guys.   26000km on the truck.
