2015 Silverado z71 engine temp to cool?

For a year or so my check engine would come on when it rained, would go off in a day or two when dried out. Now it's been on for about a week....acts/drives normal...but I've noticed my temp guage is running slightly lower (I understand it's cooler time of year, I let it warm up adequately but it still runs steady sub 210 towards 200). Also noticed my oil pressure runs right on the high side of 40, or the middle where it normally is. What the heck is going on?

Have you pulled up the codes that are setting off the CEL?

 

They will lead you in the right direction to fix your truck.
