Remote entry button on drivers side works but passenger side does not

I believe he’s talking about keyless entry, where you leave the ‘key’ in your pocket—not where you press the unlock button twice on an older-style remote keyfob.

There is a setting for the door locks. My new truck was set so  that the passive door lock only worked on the drivers side. You can change it in settings so that they will all unlock regardless of which one you use.

If you mean the proximity fob (key in pocket) , you'll probably get more response in the section that isn't for the HD's.

2015-19 HD's don't have the proximity fob/keyless entry. 

 

If you mean the fob unlock that you press the button, then as 2016HD indicated it's one press to unlock driver door only --two presses for unlock all

There is a setting that you only have to press the unlock button once in order to unlock all doors on the 2015-2019 HD’s.
