Glass fenders on a T1

I know it’s not everyone’s thing but I’m running wide wheels and I can’t stand the look of bs bolt on flares that create rust. My truck is no pre runner but full front fenders were less than flares. Anyhow, here’s my truck as is and some shots of the glass fenders I finally got

They’re one piece so you ditch that weird fender/bumper body line and they have a 4” bulge to cover most of the tire plus a 1.5” larger opening to make my 37’s clear as right now I’ve got some minor rubbing

I wasn't sure about those wheels but the more I see them the more I like em.  Those fenders look really nice, I'd like to see how good they look and fit. You will put those on then will be doing bed sides too...lol.

and thanks flatblack83, moneys not right to do bedsides this second but I hear ya. I’m already thinking once these are painted and I put them on I’ll be itching to do bedsides

I found this business online.

I haven't seen their work in person. It says they make the front and rear fenders in glass or carbon fiber.

Yep that’s who I used. Carbon was only 200$ more but my thought was if I chip or put a crack in the glass it’s probly cheaper and less of a problem for a body shop to repair than carbon

With the tires sticking out of the wheel wells like that how do you keep the windshield clear when driving down a muddy road?

pictures installed on the truck?

We’ll see how the weekend goes but I’d love to have them test fit this weekend. The painter wants them installed to check fit then pulled so they can cut them in then reinstalled and they’ll paint the whole fenders while aligned and on the truck
