UPDATE, installed. GM Accessories black grille? Whose seen it?

Came across this grille kit while looking for mods for the new truck, has anyone seen this kit to tell me what all is included. If it’s the whole grille with bow tie I will be ordering it today! Here’s a link:

Found a local dealer with it in stock, and they confirmed that it does include the entire grill and bowtie for that price. I'll be grabbing one next week

Got my new grille today, and installed the black bar along with the bow tie. Picked it up from the local dealer.

i decided that I didn’t want the black portion in the back, decided to keep the LTZ rear portion.

Now to get the bumpers wrapped in white soon.

Would you be willing to take a few pictures of the back of the grille? I am trying to see if it can be modified to mount the front camera from the High Country. Can't stand all the chrome.

Interesting. I have an LTZ with all the chrome. Would love to blacken it up in the front. I basically like the LT trim front end. I think it's about the right amount of chrome. I realize the LTZ will have more chrome on it in other areas, but I'm interested in trying to duplicate the LT front end look. If you're not going to use the black one, and might be willing to part, I MIGHT be interested,but I'm with JQcitizen on this, even though the High Country I don't think has that much chrome. I could be wrong. Maybe the painted bumper offsets the chrome...

In any case, here's the diff between the look I'm talking about. I wonder if I could get it with this grill someway, but I have the front camera to deal with too.

I’m in Raleigh N.C. I have the entertainment package with the front camera so I need to see how that works. It might not accept the camera which would be my luck. Let me check into it or maybe someone here knows the details already.

I am going to take my grille off today so we can compare if the kit can be modified to work with the camera. The camera is a module that screws into the grille. Might just need a little trimming and epoxy.

So I was playing around today with Paint. I could have done better, but using the stock image, I blacked out the chrome to match the LT grill. With the LTZ grill being a bit different design, I'm wondering if I could get the chrome areas wrapped. I've been looking at some guys do some amazing things with vinyl wrap. I might look into it. That way I shouldn't have to worry about getting the camera attached to a new grill. But I bet the design of the LTZ grill will be a bear to wrap if it could even be done.

Yah the shape of the LTZ grille would make it pretty hard/time consuming to wrap. I would probably mask off the rest of the truck and plastidip those bars.

Were you ever able to verify this? I have a HC too and want the black grill but am also worried about mounting the front camera.

Family emergency kept me from taking it apart. Planning on doing it in the morning.

Was at the dealership and it looks like the notch just needs to be cut open on the replacement grille.
