Polishing factory aluminum wheels

How does one go about polishing up the factory, I think aluminum, wheels. I have several spots that look like this, unfinished I would call it.

Nothing you can do. The wheels are clear coated so it’s not like busting out the Flitz is gonna fix them. They’d need to be stripped, polished more aggressively than the factory did and then re-coated. At that rate, might as well have them PVD coated or chromed instead.

 

The issue is that a lot of these wheel designs are complex and not ideal to be polished in the first place. So we end up with wheels that have dull spots in the valleys and hard to access areas.

I'd call is a warranty issue.
