Kicker system

I purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali. It did not come with the multi pro kicker system so I purchased it separately and installed it with no problems. After about a month my daughter tried to set the navigation on my radio and it reset my radio to factory defaults and now my kicker system will not work. It will not stay powered on and connect. Please help.

I’d have to guess that those issues are coincidental and unrelated.

 

Did you double check all the wiring and any related fuses?

Also try unpairing your phone, power cycle both and see if it will re-pair with phone.

Yes I did double check all fuses. I disconnected the negative terminal for 30 minutes with no luck. I let the truck sit for 24 hours and this morning it works perfect. It makes no sense but I’m glad it works again.
