Intelilink radio quit working

Screen went black. Blinked in and out and finally quit altogether

check for loose cable at hmi and back of display. do you still have the grid lines for reverse camera

Same just happened to my radio screen. None of the radio buttons work either. 145000 MI on the truck. Still has sound

See if your screen lights up when you turn the AC, fan, heating and cooling temp knobs.

tried what you suggested with no change.

called GM dealer and he said he’d never heard of that issue and of course said bring it in.

I would like to try everything possible before doing that. From what I’ve seen on this forum most trips to the dealer were failures.
