1999 Silverado 4x4 driver side wheel making clunking sound when driving

So I recently replaced ball joints, tie rods and sway bar links on my 99 silverado and the very next day while driving to work there was a very loud clunking noise coming from the driver side wheel. I'm not sure what it could be everything was tightened and everytime turn the wheel makes it clunks like if metal was hitting metal. Anyone have anything similar happen to them.? Appreciate any help.

if you did it yourself, jack it up and see what's loose.  if you had a shop do it, drive back there and get them to fix it.

Did it myself. Got home and checked everything I'd tight.

Truck makes noise when I turn right feels like wheel is loose but lights are tight.

Replaced inner and outer tie rods?

Yes both were replaced.

Check out your CV joints man.  Metal clunking with a turn is usually a sign for that.  Especially for your 99 truck.  It's a good possibility those are the original joints.  It's time for a swap.
