Advice on new shocks for '00 Z71

My 2000 Sierra 1500 Z71 needs new shocks. Apparently you need the monotube style shocks for Z71 models?

 

I've been looking at these, Monroe Reflex Monotubes, says theyu are Z71 compatible specifically. Are these any good?

I put the Bilstein 4600 (yellow with blue boots) on my '00 Sierra Z71.  The work very well.  I have no idea why the Z71 shocks would be required to be monotube, but the Bilsteins are monotube.  I've never been much of a fan of the Monroe Reflex.  From my experience with shocks, you get what you pay for.  Cheap shocks don't work well or last very long.

I have had Bilstein 5100's for 125,000 miles and they are good so far. No rust on them either (but quite a bit of gravel rash).

Yep, Bilstein shocks and springs on a 01 burb to get rid of the novo setup.

These were original on my '08 and just bought another pair at 91,000 miles:

They are mono tube for Z71. Should check part number for fit to your year.

Perhaps less expensive on ock Auto.
