Diff cover

I am trying to purchase a diff cover for my 2014 Sierra 1500 and is not sure which cover i need by the options i have to select. I am seeing AAM 9.5 and GM14 9.5 as an option. I know the code I have is GU6 and G80 which is a 3.42 gear i believe

The codes and gears don't matter so much as the ring and pinion size.  K2s, that's what you have, come with 12-bolt axles if I remember right, Salisbury 9.5" and 9.76" depending on engine choice.  5.3s use the smaller one, 6.2s the bigger one.
