Cluster is dead. I had it rebuilt. Still nothing. Fuses good. Voltage at pins numbered 5,9,10,20.  2volts at #6. Number 13 , black white wire is ground. Nothing at any other wire. Is there another ground ? Any ideas ?

look up the wiring diagram for your vehicle on gmupfitter.com, to find what pins are power and what are ground.  For my truck, it has 2 ground pins.

The year, make a model would really help.
