The arm rest on the drivers, front side was pulled a little too hard, and it came away from the door. I'm trying to find out how to remove it, and hopefully repair it.

My crystal ball is a little foggy this morning...mind letting us all know what truck you're dealing with (year, make, etc)?  We're not mind readers

...and I wouldn't count on repairing it, as the handles are fairly stout (as they are designed to be pulled hard and all the time), and if you've pulled it too hard, something breaks.  You may be able to take everything apart, and reinstall it to look nice, but it'll take less effort next time to pull out of the door.
