2016 GMC Yukon Denali XL Fuel Injector

Out of curiosity.  My local dealership has had my GMC for 2 months as it needs a new fuel injector kit.  They say that since GMC manufacturing is shut down there are NONE available anywhere including after market kits.  Anyone know when they will start manufacturing again or have access to a kit?  Sounds kind of crazy that they cannot get a single fuel injector kit in TWO months even with all that is going on!
