Throttle body spacer 4.3 v6

What’s going on does Any one know if there’s any throttle body spacers or even a whole new throttle body for my 2019 Silverado custom echotech3 v6. Can’t seem to find any just trying to get a little more out of it.

I did a quick search for you and it doesn't look like there is a larger throttle body out there, so I would suggest finding a shop that knows how to "port" your stock throttle body. I have seen good gains with it being done on the 5.3s and 6.2s.
