Might not be in the right section, anyway I have my passenger side tire the top is leaning inward, with that being said should I play it safe and replace upper and lower ball joints  that way all the bushings are new? Or could it be the bearing?

also if I do one side I’m going to do the other just want to point that out as well.  2012 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE

The upper ball joints are not replaceable, must change out entire control arm.

GM OE and ACDelco Professional are different.  ACDelco Pro is same as top of the line Moog depending on part numbers.

These are the GM Original Equipment numbers for my truck:

Control Arm, Lower, Driver's Side    20869201
Control Arm, Lower, Passenger's Side    20869202
Control Arm, Upper, Driver's Side    25812725
Control Arm, Upper, Passenger's Side    25812726

So might as well just change everything out then... I kinda figured but just wanted to be sure, didn’t want to spend money where it’s not needed which is a loaded gun because it is a vehicle lol and I drive around 100 miles a day in it.

Same here, I thought of piece mealing it but such doesn't pay.  Did my front brakes last year and thought about but decided not to replace the calipers.  Well guess what we're doing now?  The whole front brake system again because a piston got stuck and smoked the brakes!
