Electrical power options

Just found out that I could add a key fob to my 2016 2500 HD. It already had power door locks but did not come with fobs. The dealer was able to program it in without adding any parts.

I now wonder if they can program Bluetooth to my AM/FM radio. My truck has the speaker but a plain radio. Has anyone had any experience with this?
