Front end conversions

Does anyone know if it is possible to change a 2006 Chevy Silverado front end to a 2008 style front end ?

Yes, with enough time, money and effort, you can get a '08 front end on an '06.  You'll probably also want to modify the body sides, as the body lines aren't the same.  No, it's not a bolt-in thing.  You'll have a whole bundle of work to get it on.
