UCA & ball joint issues with level

Recommended Posts

I keep seeing in other groups folks having ball joint & UCA failures from doing a level- most seem to be with 2.5” or greater. I’m running the 2” zone upper puck system with no issues as of yet. I’m curious if anyone here has had issues- specifically with similar setups?

Still under 1000 miles with the motofab 2.5" upper front strut spacer but no issues as of yet. Ride feels like stock. I also did the 2" rear blocks. Thinking of upgrading to a 3" front kit. At that point i will upgrade the UCAs.

I’m at 3.5” (2” shock lift and 1.5” spacer) in the front and 3” rear. Initially I ran the original UCAs but the angles were ridiculous. I swapped in some RC UCAs and angles look good now. Rides very close to stock & looks terrific. All incredible easy and quick to install. There’s a thread around here somewhere that talks about the UCA failures. Made me nervous enough to swap the new ones in.
