I have a 2020 HC 6.2 and I am going to have the valves and screens removed and swap the muffler.

What is the equivalent Borla muffler to the one on the Borla Touring cat-back?  I don't want it loud but I want to hear it...

What size muffler and inlet/outlet size is appropriate for my 2020 6.2?

Is it center inlet and outlet?

I was thinking of doing the same thing. I have looked at the Black Widow mufflers. I would welcome any input.

FYI the 6.2 (at least in 2019) doesn't have screens, it has real resonators.

You can get the 6.2 with factory dual bumper exit with the screen in 2020. Like my LT trail boss.

To answer the your question, look for and offset in center out or offset / offset.  3”.

I wonder if it's a 19 vs 20 thing or if it's related to the model. Mine has a resonator on each side. When I looked for trucks all the 5.3s had screens and the 6.2s all had resonators.

I just decided to get under it and check.  It is 100* out there...  My truck has resonators and no screens.  It also has approx 3.5" pipes before and after the muffler but it necks down to 3" right at the muffler inlet and outlet.  After the "Y" it is 2.5".  Having the resonators makes me wonder if I should get the S type muffler, I don't want it to be loud but I want it to sound more aggressive than stock.

I have the S-type Borla system on my 2020 Sierra with the 6.2.  On cold start it is very aggressive.  Once that settles down, I think it sounds great.  The factory muffler is 3.5 inch tubing and is offset in and center out.

On the Borla website, they describe the Touring crate muffler as an S Type muffler and a Borla resonator.
