Private Cash Offers (Rebates)

Ford offers "Private Cash Offers" through pop-ups on ford.com or dealer websites that you can combine with their current rebates. Does GM offer anything similar? I searched and saw that they have in the past, but haven't seen anything recently.

Havent seen any in quite awhile. 

 

GM used them near the end of a month for areas with low sales on specific models.  I actually used one when I bought my Camaro.  The trend since then, has been to offer higher incentives that apply to everyone, which to me, makes more sense as it's likely to result in more sales overall.
