No spark 2003 3500 cab n chassis

Grounds cleaned and good. New crank position and cam position sensor. Truck was running then quit. No spark, get fuel, with key on hand crank engine relays click and the fuel pump cycles

Is there power at the coil harness connector(s)??

Yes and ground and when I crank the starter another wire dimly lights the test light. But the 4 th pin has nothing not - or +

The two grounds on the rear of the engine when disconnected one will light the test light when cranking that’s the pass side one the drivers side one does not light the light .the ribbon ground is good and clean. The other two have new clean terminals

I am trying to determine if it needs a new PCM, the crank sensor and cam sensor have just been replaced and the crank sensor is performing properly via volt test.
