16 Silverado 5.3l 8speed transmission relearn?

How long does it take this truck to relearn patterns and calm down?

My truck shifts great in morning(everything is cool in temperature)

After my truck sits on blacktop lot at work all day at 80+ degrees it seams like it's idle is higher(ac on) and it's like the transmission over runs( IMO b/c of it's higher idle speed)...

I'm tempted to flip my tranny stay like some have done to stop this.

I've recently deleted AFM and currently running a mpg saver which I really like b/c I'm running borla dual exhaust and can't stand the 4 cylinder sound or the constant up/ down shifting it was doing before I did this tuner.
