Nice! I have an SLT, my 4” BDS just came in. I have to pic it up from the powder coater today, having the color changed from black to chartreuse.... emoji102.png

I didn’t realize if you want to go to 6” all you have to do is buy the taller spacers. The only diff in the 4” kit and 6” kit is spacers, rear blocks, u-bolts and plates (6” kit requires new leaf pad)

I’m adding coil overs next spring, may swap to Deavers in the rear when I do and run up to about 5” front and 4” rear

What tire size you clearing?

Thats awesome! good to know if I ever want to go to 6"

These are the stock 33s from the AT4, I want to get 35s but will probably wait until these wear some more :D

I've been following this thread for a while waiting to see if any of you found anything.  Well, I finally broke down and just got a Westin HDX grille guard with a winch mount. It's a beautiful grille guard and it's beefy and solid. Then I'm perusing Rough Country's website and.... they did it. They made a hidden winch mount/bumper for 2019+ Silverados. Oh well. I've already got mine sorted out and I love it. But, for any of you still looking...

Congrats on getting a setup you are happy with.

I am still working on my true hidden setup .  I just need to weld the Fairlead mounting bracket to my plate in order to bolt up the Hawse fairlead, and the setup will be ready to go.

Where did you guys attach the negative battery end of the winch electrical cable? On my 2020 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLT the positive battery terminal is easy to attach a 5/16" eyelet and the 2 gauge electrical cable from the winch. However, the negative battery post has a cheesy weak looking terminal on it, maybe 1/4" that doesn't look like it is conducive to attaching a 2 gauge cable and handling the amps from the winch.

By the way, I like my FabFours winch mount and integrated brush guard. It's easy to install without having to remove the grill or bumper, and very stout. The brush guard would easily absorb the impact of a deer. (We don't have elk or moose in East Texas). It's a lot cheaper than a bumper replacement, and looks better, IMHO.

I also have the Cascadia 4x4 FlipsterV2 Winch License Plate Mounting System which is a lot stronger than the cheaper sheet metal types. And a Cognito Stage 2   3" leveling system with Fox shocks. And I added a FabTech steering stabilizer. Rides great.

This truck when stock easily cleared "35 inch" (actually 34.8") LT285/75R18 Toyo AT3 tires on stock 18" rim BEFORE the leveling kit. I also run LT275/65R20 (34.1") General Grabber X on factory 20" rims shown in picture. The Grabber X are of course more aggressive in mud than the Toyo AT3. But the AT3s are much quieter and smoother riding.

I really like it, the quality is great and I think it looks pretty good too. Can take some additional shots if you like.

Holy smokes that is beautiful.  That looks better than my stock AT4 bumper.  I think I will have to have one of those.  :)

I took a look at the Rough Country installation instructions.  It looks like the winch tray in the kit could be installed without the RC valance.  However, it uses the mounting location of the tow hooks.  I was unable to tell if the factory hooks could still be utilized.  I need to make a phone call.
