2000 chevy 2500 4x4. 6.0 vortec

W/a 4L80e trans.

Will this swap work & what all can be

used from donor truck?

Flywheel, torque conv,?

PCM & wiring?

**note**

Started with fluid chg during which shift solenoid plug was damaged!

(Wouldn't shift)

Replaced all 3, no change!

Replaced entire tranny 2 more times

None would shift right! Could manually shift 1st - 3rd only. Now, won't move at all and shows 14 pcm codes

You have wiring issues if you replaced the transmission twice and both didn't want to shift correctly.

You didn't say what body style the 2007 truck is and that matters a ton here.

The NNBS (GMT-900) trucks run a completely different computer and engine management system than the NBS (GMT-800) trucks including the 2007 Classic Silverado/Sierra (aka a 2006 body style truck).

You can't put a 2000 engine in a NNBS truck and just have it work, way too much is different between an LQ4 and the L76 engine in the NNBS trucks.
