My 2015 Silverado has begun an issue of no audio with turn by turn navigation using any map apps on my connected iPhone. That includes; google maps, Apple Maps, Waze etc. None of these apps will put out sound like it flawlessly use to do. What I have to do is to remove Chevrolet MyLink from my Bluetooth and repair the device. Still sound is broken like not a good connection. 
There is no issue pairing my phone to MyLink. Im

able to play music or any streaming service from my phone without any issues.

I have found that sometimes I have to change inputs to get my bluetooth to work. If the bluetooth is not making sound, choose radio until sound is heard then back to bluetooth. That usually works for me. I had to do it today. I get XM on my phone free and pay for XM in my wife's vehicle.

Thank you for the input. This is only occurring when I want to use my navigation apps like google maps. I can get music apps to stream to MyLink without any problems. Just turn by turn doesn't work

You may have already checked this one but is the media volume turned up on your phone? I've done this one too.

You say it pairs right and you can play music and other stuff from the phone. Then it is a phone problem or app problem not a radio or mylink problem. The radio and the bluetooth it self doesn't know the difference between music and any other sound media the phone is outputting.
