Fast Wireless Charging AT4

I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S20 and noticed that it will not fast charge using the wireless charging pad in my 2019 AT4.  My old LG V35 indicated fast wireless charging when I would charge in the car but the S20 is charging slowly.  Anyone else having this issue?

2 different brands means 2 different gimmicks.

It could be the LG required less watts to “fast charge” and the S20 needs more. Or maybe the S20 has some sort of battery optimization setting that needs to be tweaked?

I’m not familiar with android phones but this is definitely a phone issue, not an issue with the truck as that power supply stays constant.

It does, constant exposure to low level EMF none for me, thanks.

Hopefully GM comes out with a GEN III charger seeing technology will only evolve with faster charging phones.  I think due to my wireless charging specs on the S20 being 15w that's why it will not fast charge.  My LG is only rated at 10w.  Several Anker chargers I have also don't fast charge but one does.  The specs on that one shows 15w max and the others are only at 7.5w.

On the S20, 

from the home screen swipe up

in the search window, type wireless charging

ensure the slide button for wireless charging is activated.

 

I have the S20 and mine charges on the pad.

Anyone ever figure this out? Mine also charges extremely slow. Way too slow to be useful, and it's not just on Android phones.
