LMAO, let me tell you, that wasn't our goal, but we really liked it.

Yea, my camera skills are getting better, but we still don't have any means for video.... oh well...

Great review.  I also agree about trying to get the bed covers into the storage bag.  Yecch!  I did it once - with help from one of my sons.

I think the best thing about the locking side-saddle compartments is being able to get rid of the toolbox I always kept in the pickup bed for all the necessaries like rope, bungies, inflator, jumper cables, a few tools, etc.  While the bed is smaller, all the space is available for use.

I liked the review.  I'm not sure I could get used to these:

It actually wasn't too hard.  I was thinking the same thing.

Yeah, at first we where a little weary about the colors, but I really really ended up liking them.  They go very nicely in the truck (IMHO)

Since I'm not an Avalanche fan, I didn't pay much attention to the review at all at first. Nothing against Mervz and SiiLT, but I just wasn't interested.

WRONG!!!

You two did an excellent job and I appreciate your unbiased opinions. Well, unbiased in the GM fleet, of course.

It was a really good review, you did a great job checking out all the aspects of the truck, and a great job at writing, too.
